Woodside Harbor is Lake Wateree’s first exclusive subdivision to have restrictive covenants governing the quality of construction. It was developed in the early to mid 90’s mostly on land never owned by the power company. Woodside Harbor residents enjoy privacy from the road, as most homes have a winding driveway leading to their waterfront homes. Although the subdivision began with 41 lots, many of our residents bought multiple lots to gain even more privacy. Watch for deer as wildlife is plentiful in the area!
